So what do you do when you want to get rid of your wedding dress but can't find the nerve to do it? No one's going to wear it. No one will buy it. It can't be dry cleaned. It won't be worn again by me. So what does one do? One day at a local rummage sale, I spied this enormous 3-ring binder scrapbook, very durable. I thought it was so cool but as I thought about what to do with it, the idea came to me: I decided to build a scrapbook out of my wedding dress, a sort of 3-dimensional, over-sized book to hold all of my wedding photos, cards and mementos. The more I thought about it, I realized this was going to become quite a project, but I knew in the end, it will consolidate the contents of boxes and containers into an interesting place to keep my wedding memories.
