Shipping Information:

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, and usually leave our store within 48 hours. We ship via UPS Ground. Please contact us by phone or email if you need expedited shipping. We can ship large items through UPS Freight, please contact us for costs.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Refunds for returns of damaged or undamaged merchandise require your order number and reason for return and must be returned within 30 days of receipt. InThePinesDesigns.com will not pay shipping on undamaged returns. Damaged merchandise shipping cost will be paid for by InThePinesDesigns.com using UPS Ground only. Cancellations must be received by InThePinesDesigns.com within 24 hours of order placement.
